Fayette Clinic recognized by National Committee for Quality Assurance

Fayette Medical Clinic has been granted three-year recognition as of June 5, 2008, by the National Committee for Quality Assurance/American Diabetes Association Diabetes Physician Recognition Program. This award identified Dr. Paul Schoephoerster and Dr. Joe Beckmann as providers of quality care to their patients with diabetes.

NCQA is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care quality. NCQA accredits and certifies a wide range of health care organizations and recognizes physicians in key clinical areas. NCQA's Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) is the most widely used performance measurement tool in health care.
